By accessing, purchasing, or subscribing to any service offered by BDECloud through our website or authorized partners, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement that governs your relationship with BDECloud and your use of our services.

Through our services, BDECloud provides technology-based solutions that may include:

Use of the BDECloud Client

Client Overview

BDECloud offers a downloadable software client designed to assist with system analysis and optimization. The client may:

• Perform system diagnostics (such as drivers, security, and connectivity)
• Identify connected hardware and software configurations
• Enable service functionality for subscribed users

Certain client features require an active subscription. The client may include third-party components, such as performance-identification libraries, to improve service accuracy.

Installation and Removal

You may uninstall the client at any time using standard operating system tools. Residual files or registry entries may remain and can be removed manually if desired. Removal instructions vary by Windows version.

License and Usage Restrictions

BDECloud grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the client on the number of devices specified in your subscription. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the client
• Attempt to access source code or create derivative works
• Use the client to replicate configurations across multiple systems

The client is subject to U.S. export laws and may not be exported to restricted countries or individuals.

Client Updates and Performance

The client may receive automatic updates without notice to maintain service functionality. BDECloud does not guarantee compatibility with all devices and is not responsible for hardware-related performance issues. Hardware concerns should be addressed with the device manufacturer.

Technical Support Services

Live technical support is available to active, paid subscribers. Support may include remote diagnostics and troubleshooting with your consent. Access requires:

• A valid subscription in good standing
• High-speed internet connectivity
• Full access to the affected device or system

Support is generally available up to 12 hours per day, seven days a week, excluding holidays. Additional services outside defined support scope may incur extra fees.

Supported systems include publicly released versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems. Assistance may also include browser setup, email configuration, driver installation, performance optimization, malware removal, and peripheral device support.

Service Limitations and Exclusions

BDECloud does not provide support for:

• Non-Windows operating systems
• On-site hardware repairs or replacements
• Corporate-managed systems
• Illegal activities or copyright circumvention
• Commercial-grade hardware or unsupported software

BDECloud is not responsible for data loss, hardware replacement, software licensing issues, or services not explicitly described in these Terms.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Charges are billed to your selected payment method according to your chosen billing cycle. Taxes may apply based on jurisdiction.

All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for partial periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, distribution of malicious software, data scraping, content infringement, impersonation, or resale of Services.

BDECloud respects intellectual property rights and complies with the DMCA. Copyright owners may submit takedown notices containing required legal information. Counter-notices may be submitted where appropriate.

Arbitration Agreement

Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days. Unresolved disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will be conducted individually, not as a class action, and must be initiated within one year of the claim arising.
